Relationship Counselling

Relationships are at the heart of our well-being, yet they can also be one of the most challenging parts of our lives. Whether you are facing conflict, communication breakdowns, or the stress of major life transitions, counselling can provide a supportive space to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and create healthier ways of relating to one another. I work with couples of all cultural backgrounds and identities, including those navigating intercultural dynamics or seeking to deepen their connection.

As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I draw on research-based methods proven to help couples improve communication, manage conflict, and nurture connection. Alongside this, I bring many years of experience working with couples in Hong Kong’s diverse and multicultural environment. My practice also includes helping couples navigate and overcome intimacy difficulties, improve their sex lives. I also support couples who wish to explore non-monogamy and other non-traditional relational structures, in a safe and respectful space that honours each partner’s values and needs. In addition, I provide premarital counselling for couples preparing for the commitment of marriage, helping partners to explore expectations, values, and strengths so they can enter this new stage with confidence.

I genuinely love this area of work and feel privileged to support couples at different stages of their journey. Whether you are navigating difficulties, exploring new relational structures, or seeking to strengthen an already healthy relationship, my role is to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard and respected. Together, we can identify patterns, build resilience, and lay the foundation for a more fulfilling partnership.

If you feel your relationship could benefit from support, please reach out and take the first step toward positive change.
